Rafael is experienced at all aspects of retail sales. His overwhelming success in the retail environment led to him joining DOWC® where he has proven to be an invaluable partner to his dealers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and enjoys playing soccer, watching sports, traveling abroad, and spending time with friends and family. A lifelong music student, Rafael is currently teaching himself the saxophone.
Thomas has successfully served in automotive sales and administrative roles for nearly three decades, including 10 years specializing in F&I products. He is AFIP certified. Additionally, as a veteran of the US Navy, Thomas is both submarine qualified and fireman rated. His hobbies include golfing, traveling on safari in Africa, and rooting for the Yankees and Giants.
Jarret recently joined the DOWC® team to expand dealer market share primarily in the high-volume independent sector as well as existing local franchise store relationships. Jarret has more than 15 years of automotive experience and has held various titles including finance manager, marketing specialist, dealer development representative, and is the previous co-owner of Subprime Auto Finance Company. Jarret enjoys working on his shore house on the weekends and spending time with his three nieces and family. Jarret prides himself on being a people person that gains the respect of others with ease to develop strong, long-lasting relationships.
Brian is the newest addition to the DOWC® marketing department. He is a New Jersey native and a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Media. Brian’s experience in graphic design and audio/video production makes him a vital member of the DOWC® team. In his spare time, Brian enjoys photography, videography, and playing guitar and bass. He is also an avid snowboarder and hockey fan. (Go Rangers!)
